If you require urgent attention in the case of an emergency, please call the ambulance immediately by dialling 000. Dialing this number will connect you to the emergency services, who can dispatch an ambulance to your location. It is important to provide them with accurate information about the situation and your location so that they can respond quickly and appropriately. 

When the practice is closed and you require medical attention outside of our normal opening hours, after-hours care is provided by the National Home Doctor Service (13 SICK). Your calls to the practice number will be forwarded to them. The National Home Doctor Service is equipped to handle after-hours medical care and can provide assistance or arrange a home visit from a doctor if necessary. It’s important to explain your situation so they can provide the appropriate guidance and support. They will notify the practice so that your usual GP can follow up as required.
