At our practice, we operate under a mixed billing system, setting our fees in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Australian Medical Association (AMA). We understand the importance of a hassle-free billing process, which is why we offer secure online claiming to Medicare. This ensures that you receive your rebate directly in your bank account within 24 hours. Due to increased operational costs, from 1st July 2024, the following fees will apply.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel an appointment to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. Late cancellations may also result in a fee, as we strive to accommodate other patients who may need urgent care. Additionally, if you fail to show up for your appointment without any cancellation notice, a fee equal to 50% of the consultation fee will be applicable. Please note that these fees cannot be claimed through your health fund, private health insurance, or Medicare. To ensure the smooth scheduling of further appointments, payment must be made before bookings are confirmed.

Discounts

We are pleased to offer bulk billing services to DVA cardholders and children under 16 years of age, (except on Saturday mornings) making their healthcare more accessible. Additionally, we provide discounted fees for Health Care Card Holders, Pension Card Holders, and Follow-up Consultations. We believe in ensuring that quality healthcare is affordable and available to as many individuals as possible.
